You may cancel your order with 3 days of placing it. If you do not cancel within 3 days, the following information is in effect. All lines appear within 60 days, most post within 30, and some post within 10 days after the statement date. The tradeline(s) will stay on your report for a minimum of two posting cycles (at least 60 days). If you would like to extend a tradeline, please let us know by within 35 days of your purchase to renew or extend your lease. If the line does not appear within the 60 day period listed above, we will issue a replacement. If the REPLACEMENT line does not post within its time period then we will issue a store credit. You as the client and/or broker are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us. Being one digit off on a SSN or date of birth, or spelling a name incorrectly will cause a tradeline not to post properly. We DO NOT replace lines when you submit inaccurate information so please double check your info. If you submit incorrect or inaccurate information, you would need to re-purchase the line again if the order was already processed.
It is the client’s responsibility to open their own credit monitoring service. It is not our job to open your credit monitoring service. We highly recommend Identity IQ because it provides quicker updates, more accurate information, and sends alerts in real time that the free services do not send. Note that we do not accept Credit Karma or any free credit monitoring site as proof of non-posting. This is industry standard. More information on our trusted credit monitoring sites as proof of non-posting are listed below.
Tradelines are NOT PERMANENT. After the 21st business day after the statement closing date, if the line has not posted, please submit a Support Ticket to inform us. We will investigate. If you don’t submit a ticket, then we DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT. In order to investigate tradelines that have not posted, we will need you to accurately fill out all information on your order form. You must provide a valid login ID and password from one of our trusted credit monitoring sites (we will only accept IdentityIQ.com/Creditchecktotal.com/ProCredit.com/PrivacyGuard.com/SmartCredit.com/Myfico.com). If you have not submitted a support ticket through the SUPPORT TICKET section of our website, we will assume that the line has posted and the transaction has successfully completed. The authorized user tradeline that you have purchased will expire 60 days after the first statement date following your initial purchase.
You have the option, for a fee, to extend the tradeline for 30-180 days for the first 35 days following your initial purchase. After 35 business days, if we have not received an extension request we will ask our cardholder to remove you from the card. Once this happens there will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges available. Removed tradelines will show up as “terminated authorized user relationship” on your report. At this point your credit score may drop but it may stay higher than where it originally started from. We guarantee the tradeline posting on at least 1 of the 3 credit bureaus. If a line only posts to one bureau we will attempt to merge it on a 2nd bureau. Most of the time tradelines will post to at least 2 of the 3 bureaus but every once in a while, we get a stubborn bank and that is out of our control. Also note that some banks do not report to all three credit bureaus as each bank sets their own rules surrounding their reporting data. Also please understand that from time to time cards will either get shut down or do not post. We ask that you be patient going into this and understand that the process could or may have a delay of a few days or even a couple of weeks. Our Support Team will assist you in making sure that your lines post accordingly.
In the event of a tradeline getting shut down, or a line becoming unavailable or sold out, we will select an equivalent or better tradeline and move you to it. This may be without notice. Changes happen so frequently that we are unable to notify every client of every change. We send out information on every single tradeline order so you will always know where you stand regarding the tradeline.
Some lines do not post automatically so we need to merge the tradeline address onto your credit report and by doing this it will make the tradeline report to your credit file. This will result in a credit inquiry to your file. It is the only way to get most tradelines to post. Do not be alarmed, this is just an address merge to your credit file.
A note about Fraud Alerts: If have a Fraud Alert on credit report, you MUST remove it in order for your tradeline to report properly. ANY AND ALL FRAUD ALERTS MUST BE REMOVED BY YOU. If you do not, you will run into posting issues that we will not accommodate for. In order to remove a Fraud Alert, you must call each credit bureau and remove it. You are welcome to put the fraud alert back on your file once your tradeline posting in complete.
